The way I work is through:

I listen intently to my client’s concerns and help them clarify their goals, priorities, values, and identity. With that North Star, I co-develop a plan of action with my client that will be effective, and that is based on their specific situation (e.g., travel). I take the entire person/body in mind and use a “systems approach” in my practice (given the interconnectedness of the body’s systems, for example). I respect my clients’ autonomy: ultimate decisions rest with them (programs happen “with” them, not “to” them).

What executives say about working with me:

As a former senior partner with a global consulting firm, I understand my client’s situations and struggles; I don’t judge others or look down on them. I listen and find that my clients trust me because I have their best interests at heart. I am committed to helping others experience success. I take time to educate others.

Why I find this work so gratifying – a personal perspective:

Helping clients achieve their goals is immensely gratifying. Even more gratifying is helping clients develop and implement strategies for long-term, sustainable success. I find joy in helping others reach their full potential.

Length of typical coaching session and overall engagement:

Sessions typically last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending solely on the client’s needs; I structure my programs on a 90-day basis, which allows my clients to make significant progress under supervision and solidify important habits.
