What executives say about working with me:

That I listen and provide clear guidance. I provide personal attention and teach flexibility. I walk with my clients through their journey to better health and even encourage my clients to “check in” every so often after reaching their goals to fine tune any areas of ongoing concern.

The way I work is through:

A balanced approach with a core foundation in the process of learning and practicing mindfulness and cognitive restructuring. Using this strategy of mindfulness and cognitive flexibility as a foundation, we also stress education and practice as two of the most important tools in working toward a healthy body and lifestyle.

Why I find this work so gratifying:

With today’s executives keeping irregular schedules and often overlooking their health, it is no wonder so many experience lack of energy, weight gain, digestive issues, stress and overwhelm. Our bodies response to constant stress, distractions, poor diet, and lack of physical exercise can be detrimental. It has been highly gratifying to see my clients’ health transform. It is an honor and privilege to work with so many dedicated and committed people who want to live a healthy life to the fullest.

What executive clients can expect from working with me/outcomes:

Targeted and personalized support. One-on-one assessment around nutrition, fitness, and wellness, and then ongoing private and/or group counseling. My central philosophy is that the best healthy diet is the one that you can adapt to fit your life, and reasonably maintain. We also believe in striving for balance rather than striving for perfection.

Length of typical coaching session and overall engagement:

Approximately 45-60min, with actual time is dictated mostly by client’s needs and schedule. Each coaching session is individualized to client’s specific needs, and includes practical, mindful, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
