What executive clients can expect from working with me / outcomes
A greater sense of accomplishment and well-being as they put the wellness principles in practice. When we get to the root cause of a problem and address the issues that cause suffering, patients experience improved performance at work and home, a higher quality life, a deeper calm and a hope for a better future. A different approach to resolving health struggles
The way I work is through
By listening and educating about natural approaches designed to address the underlying cause of health issues instead of covering up the symptom with drugs. I harness simple, self-care practices and changes of habit via my blueprint on the essential keys to resolving underlying stressors that breakdown health - nervous system, endocrine system (balancing hormones), detoxification, nutrition and fitness. I teach methods and techniques so my clients can take better care of their own health.
What executives say about working with me
I care and work until we find a solution. I tailor programs to my patients’ needs. I am devoted to educating on the many ways they can reclaim their lives. I and my team embrace, educate, and empower.
Why I find this work so gratifying
With the pressures and expectations placed on executives from all angles, helping them experience relief, many for the first time, creates positive momentum in their lives. When our bodies are in pain, it is difficult to lead effectively. For 15 years I have been fulfilled watching my patients apply wellness principles and experience a renewed sense of purpose and direction. When my patients feel amazing and balanced from the inside, they can take control of their lives. I am honored to be a part of their healing journey.
Length of typical coaching session and overall engagement
Because each client is unique and is in a different place in their journey toward better health when we meet, this can vary greatly. The first few sessions could last an hour and then after that a typical session is 15-30 minutes long. My programs last anywhere from 90 days to six months and we determine the length of a program during our first session.
