The way I work is through

Closely collaborating with clients to help them discover the answers to their inquiries by helping them know what feels right for them as an individual. This can be through brainstorming, discussion, and/or reflection. I coach and guide clients through the first memory of the behavior that is causing them the most pain, and then reframing for better results.

What executive clients can expect from working with me/outcomes

As with a medical professional, I don’t just concern myself with the behavior or symptoms, I encourage mindset changes in order to make the new behavior “stick.” I look for what is causing the underlying problem or behavior and encourage a new normal and possibly a better way of life.

What executives say about working with me

That my message of self-awareness, self-improvement, work/life balance, self-accountability, and understanding their approach is the key to life-long or career-long improvement. That I help them grow toward a sense of inner peace and strength. That they come to see things from a new and more productive perspective.

Why I find this work so gratifying

So many men and women sleep walk through life never realizing their true gifts and potential. Many of us buy into other people’s madness and limiting beliefs and they become ours, layer after layer of numbness to who we are keeps us from “us.” I have a passion for finding the “us”. That is the juice for all I do, and for the awakening that occurs.
